i just found your new journal. site here and i want to encourage you to get on with Hieros Gamos youve only written one chapter since back in 07. i sent you
a couple fan notes when you were finishing off TBT wow that was really spectacular. i stopped following a lot of online things like fan fiction at that because my mother was dying and it really took a while for me to get over it. It looks like the Usuyami no Sekai WHR site has has taken a big slowdown too most of the topics havent been added to since 07' i saw a post from Robin Sena Kala saying she just got her first twitter account and for harry's peeps to get her number. i would have but i really hate hi tech i'm an old fart and i really think anything faster than smoke signals or the pony express is too bewildering to keep up with.
i liked your commentery about the gays and i 'm gladto see the post about the upheaval in iran.
anyway i hope you get to work on Hieros Gamos or that not fan fic novel. you are without doubt good enough a writer to do a novel all you need is a compeling topic or rework Hieros Gamos and change that firebugs name say shes the whitch from kaos or control or something if its as well written as TBT it would be great just make sure its got a lot of magic sax & violins and it'll probably be terrific. anyway get back to making them stories okay.

Surfrron! Long time no hear! I'm so sorry to hear about your mother, how terrible...but I'm glad you're doing okay after the fact.

Yeah, I think UnS has not been very active as of late. Many WHR authors who frequented thosse boards ended up jumping ship for other fandoms - myself included - but I had always planned on returning, and especially to finish Hieros Gamos. I'm sorry it's taking so long! I get so sidetracked by *everything* these days. In addition to my other fandom hobbies, work has been more demanding and my boyfriend of several years just moved in with me four months ago. So I've had my hands full.

Thank you again for suggesting that I try to publish. I'm working on something, not a rewrite of TBT but something kind of along similar lines, but it's going very slowly. I enjoy writing fanfiction more because I get more feedback. But I'm thinking of adding some of my already-written material for it to my original fiction journal, clavicula_vitae...but it will be f-locked. So if you want to view any of it and give me some much-needed feedback, get yourself an LJ and add it to your friends' list! :)

Good to hear from you, and I promise I'll have more WHR stuff written soon.

Welcome to the fandom! K/Z is indeed a very addictive pairing - and still a very active ship, fortunately, even though the series has been over for a year. :)

And I took the liberty of reading your fic as well - I love the path you took the characters on 10 years after the fact! Especially Mai/Kuei, as quite a few others have mentioned - that's such a unique and under-appreciated ship.
