Kinda late, but J and I have been busy for the past several days. Highlights include:

the usual fantastic Christmas meal, family gathering, and loot haul

marathoning the entire season 3 of Dexter with J, and loving every minute of it. Jesus, Jimmy Smits was fucking fantastic.

Ruby Cuvee champagne that tasted like raspberries, with dark chocolate. And sex.

Ice skating today at the SF Embarcadero, right on the pier. So fun, and I forgot how easy it was to pick it up again after only ten minutes on the ice. Afterwards we had an excellent dinner here, where I saw this work of art and my Avatar-obsessed brain went "...guh."

This weekend looks like the potential for snowboarding; we shall see how the roads look on Saturday. :D
