Hello: I'm brand spanking new to Avatar fandom, and it just so happens I found myself shipping Katara/Zuko very hard. So, I'm adding you as a reminder to myself that I've got to read your K/Z fic. And if you're so inclined, I never mind being added back, although I certainly won't demand it (I understand that sometimes flists just get too unwieldy).
(Also, it appears we both entered the avatar_contest this week. Best of luck to you!)
Welcome to the fandom! K/Z is indeed a very addictive pairing - and still a very active ship, fortunately, even though the series has been over for a year. :)
And I took the liberty of reading your fic as well - I love the path you took the characters on 10 years after the fact! Especially Mai/Kuei, as quite a few others have mentioned - that's such a unique and under-appreciated ship.
I finally got around to reading "Love Amongst the Embers" last night (my husband has been home sick from work for two days, and he's kind of fussy when he's not well), and it's beautifully done. Like many others, I think the combs line was just ace ;)
