Channeling my inner Orihime today.

Today at work we have sales reps, and as a treat they brought us gourmet doughnuts. And these aren't just your standard choco-sprinkles. These are: pumpkin, rosemary-almond, chocolate-rose, vanilla, coconut, and...


BACON. Pieces of bacon, with a maple-like glaze. The entire doughnut tastes like bacon. ohmygoditssogood.


The one next to it is a lemon-pistachio.


hahahaha. J is going to love this. He puts bacon on everything.

My initial reaction was "ew", but now I'm really curious and intrigued.

Also, pumpkin and rosemary-almond sound INCREDIBLE.

Which isn't to say I've never had pumpkin donuts before, but I'd assume a place that makes gourmet donuts would make them better ^_^

The pumpkin and rosemary-almond were indeed good. I actually liked the lemon-pistachio the best; I love lemon anything. And the pumpkin doughtnuts had this little tiny vein of cinnamon running through them - made them so much better than the pumpkin cakes or cookies I've had.

Now they need to invent an oatmeal doughnut. Mmm.
