For the followers of my fanfiction at FF.net -

I've finally updated my forums, located in my Fanfiction.net profile, with story-specific topic posts for people to ask questions/comment on.

Have a particular question about one of my fanfics? Want to know how far along in the latest chapter I am, currently? Or, just want to harrass me for updates? :D

Here's the place!

o__O You can have your own forum on FF.net? Wow, it's been a long time since I've logged on there. XD

Yep! They've done a lot of changes to the site lately...

But yeah, the forum can be used for interaction with readers, which is kinda handy outside of the review reply feature. :)

Do you still have your stories up?

Naw, I took them all down in a fit of pique a while back - right around the time Avatar fandom got on my last nerve. I didn't get a lot of reviews for my stuff, as much as I appreciated them, so I didn't feel too much of a loss. I do kind of miss the extra feedback.

It's nice that they have a forum system like that. You've got enough people following you to warrant it. :D

I don't know about that, but it *is* a pretty handy way to consolidate questions about various fandom fics. And this way maybe divert questions about updates from my LJ (where they usually end up!). ^^;;

I'm sorry you took all of yours down from FF.net. Did you have them archived anywhere else?

As far as other big public archives, no, just my writing journal. I did have a bunch of Kaka/Saku stuff up at the KakaSaku archive, but my anti-virus program won't even let me go there anymore, so I think the site must be borked.

I probably should put some of them back up in a bigger archive. I'm pretty lazy though.

That's good; I'm glad I have access to them after all. :D

And I'm loving your Sai/Sakura stories. I'm so tempted to get into Naruto now, simply because of that pairing. XDDDD

although I really should stop getting into teenage pairings...wth? I'm in my 30s!! >__<

I'm 33 and still following it even though I can't stand most of the fandom, or the manga half the time and all my ships are crack ships. Don't feel bad. There are certain ships like Kakashi/Sakura that tend to attract older fans, even though the likelihood of it ever being canon is about nil. Lots of good fic for them and the community is still pretty active.

I tend to age the characters all up in my mind, including Sai/Sakura. Usually, I'm not writing 16-year-olds, I'm writing future!fic with 18-to-30-year-olds, even if I don't mention it in the notes which I probably should do.

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm actually glad I have a Z/K post-series fic where they're aged 5 years after the series' end. Writing about them in their 20s will be infinitely easier than writing about them in their teens, I think.

That was how I had to write them when I was still working with the characters. It's a lot easier to write people whose problems you can relate with.

Yay time for work. TTYL, have some Zutaran pancakes.
