I just realized I haven't posted here in like, forever. I'm alive, flist! How are you? :D

Between work and trips out of town and birthdays and get-togethers and such, it's been a whirlwind of a summer so far. But I think things will be calming down a bit.

I have a big, massive gardening picspam coming up, because our veggie crop is well on its way (and I like documenting these things). But for now, not much besides a long overdue fic update! (All of my updates are long and overdue, seriously. .____.)

“Yeah, yeah, I know, Katara; ‘maybe this isn’t such a good idea’. Zuko beat you to your wet blanket-ness, by the way.” Sokka crossed his arms stubbornly; as if by mirror image, Zuko did the same in return. “I’m still going to try it.”

Toph sat down beside him. “I am, too.”

“T-Toph!” Katara sputtered. “You’re too young to be doing that!”

“Oh get over it already, Miss Fussybritches.” Katara set her jaw in annoyance.

Out of her field of view, Zuko mouthed the word silently in Sokka’s direction, as though he couldn’t believe his ears: Fussybritches? Sokka nodded and rolled his eyes, mouthing back with solemnity, oh yes, you have no idea.




Not saying what the context is - you all will just have to read it for yourselves! Muhahaha....

*coughs* Yeah, about that...*twirls toe in the dirt* It might be a bit yet. New idea popped into my head without a fandom attached to it, so I'm trying to sort it out before I decide whether to shelve it, abandon it or write it. After I make the decision, B&A is third on my list of chapters to update, but already has about 2500 words, and I'm aiming for about 8000. It's just a matter of actually DOING it. Perhaps I should rewatch a few episodes...

*wanders off aimlessly thinking about various fanfics*

So many people have their own veggie gardens this year, and it's always neat to hear how the different climates and methods of care affect each one. Looking forward to picspamming and, of course, ZUKO/KATARA!FIClolToph :3

So true; I love seeing pictures of other people's gardens. I just joined gardening as well, and love browsing that place to get some tips and ideas of what to grow.
