OMG SRS SPOILERS ALREADY.
Mar. 31st, 2009 09:33 amIs it me, or are the spoilers for the week's chapter coming out at warp speed these days??...
From here:
Translation:
The chapter starts with Rukia, Chad and Renji.
Yammy appears in front of them (falls from above). ()
He says "That four eyed bastard, I'm gonna kill him!"
The he goes to attack the three of them but suddenly they can all feel a huge reiatsu.
Rukia asks "Is that Ichigo's reiatsu?"
The scene changes.
We see Ulquiorra who still has his head, right side and lower half intact.
Ichigo tosses him away but then walks towards him intent on chopping up what is left.
Ishida stops him. "If you go any further you won't be human anymore, stop this Kurosaki."
Ichigo faces Ishida and then draws his sword before stabbing Ishida in the abdomen.
While Orihime is walking towards Ishida she can hear Ichigo talking.
"He..help...I will help." Ichigo mutters as if it's a mantra.
Orihime is astonished (it's like she is disappointed in herself because she came here to help and then just ended up relying on Kurosaki kun again).
She says "stop it Kurosaki kun" but Ichigo just moves towards Ishida. He is about to kill him with a cero from his horns however Ulquiorra who was meant to be dead helps Ishida by cutting off one of Ichigo's horns and folding the other (Ulquiorra's body is fixing itself little by little).
It ends with a big explosion over Ichigo's head.
sidetext: The last attack (the spoiler writer commented that maybe it means Ulquiorra used the last of his power to save Ishida, though this is just speculation).
The title is the Lust 6.
FUCK YEAHHHHHH.
I KNEW that wasn't Ichigo. Ishida apparently knew it, too -- omg he got stabbed. D: I was hoping for more Orihime action (and not just speaking, action, lady) this chapter, but ...
the sheer fact that Ulquiorra is alive, and he motherfucking assists Ishida in fighting Beast!Ichi.... oh my god.
I am happy. :D
Thank you, Kubo.

Date: 2009-03-31 08:59 pm (UTC)Ulquiorra's not dumb. He knows Ishida would protect Orihime. He also knows Beast!Ichigo is too strong for him, and any chance that he's distracted, Ulquiorra should jump on it, no matter how injured he is (and omfg, it sounds like half his body's been blown away. I know Ishida got stabbed, but my poor Ulqui-kun! D:).
It's my hope that Beast!Ichi is put down (lol) and then Ishida and Ulquiorra are healed by Orihime, who then engages in 3-some sexyteims with both. :D

Date: 2009-03-31 09:06 pm (UTC)Yeah, they're both down for the count, to be honest. BUT. Let's see if Kubo actually REMEMBERS that he gave Ishida ransotengai this time around. Because. You know. It helps to keep fighting even when you've been totally eviscerated.
Ulqui did get the worst of it, though, from the sound of things. Then again, he can heal on his own, so I suppose we'll see where this is all going.
Again, I'm not sold on him joining the good guys permanently, but I'll admit it's a much more distinct possibility now.
As awesome as that would be.... No. Kubo will, like. Cut back to the Karakura battle. XD And all we'll get to see is the aftermath.
OH, ALSO. We just got a Ryuuken at Rive. And Ishida is a little kid from the start of yesterday until the end of today.

Date: 2009-04-01 06:33 pm (UTC)Actually to touch on your earlier question --
According to the new spoiler pix out, it looks as though Ulquiorra might have been protecting Orihime instead of Ishida. (Or Ishida, just by proxy.) From the few panels I've seen, it might be that Ichigo is actually firing his cero at Orihime, and Ishida gets in his way -- thus the stabbity. D: Then Ulquiorra steps up and slices his horn.
Which would make perfect sense -- because Ulquiorra's primary focus is the Woman -- and would send me into fangirl shipping hysterics. ♥♥♥ I will reward Kubo, if that's what he's done with this chapter, with UlquiHime fic, I think. XDDDD
Plus, there's a hint that Ulquiorra looks less hollow-ish in this chapter...it could be that he's changing even more dramatically than what Ichigo hinted at many chapters ago.
