Yayyy, 15 weeks! :D We are over 1/3 of the way to being done and having Bunny here. Booo, still gagging on my toothbrush.

Fortunately my morning (evening) sickness has abated enough that I'm able to cook a few nights a week, again. Initially I was too sick to even think about preparing food, but last week I made a German red cabbage and sausage soup, and North African baked salmon with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes. Tonight John is picking up Afghani food from a local takeout place. Ohmygod, can I just tell you how excited Kadu (roasted pumpkin with yogurt and meat sauce) makes me. asgdklgj;asldk.

Halloween is coming up, and unlike last year I don't think we have the energy for a party. We do plan on dressing up and handing out candy, though, and we've decided on a costume combo of farmer John, and myself dressed as a peapod (with the belly being the "pea"). XD I will be sure to include pics.

More tests coming up in the next few weeks, and while I'm a little nervous, I'm also really excited to find out the gender. Boy bunny or girl bunny? We shall know definitively very soon. :D

Working furiously on fic. I have so much to catch up on, it's not even funny. (natty1, I haven't forgotten my promise to you with regard to my WHR fics. Expect a monster update in that fandom relatively soon!)

We actually got rain this month (all last weekend), and it was a nice surprise. Usually we don't get that til the end of November.

Haha, I love all of winter, tbh. Even the cold rainy days are fun to me. Of course usually in the midst of it I start reminiscing about summer and how much I miss it. :p

Remember! Update as soon as possible with Bunny gender and I shall set to work on baby blanket fun. Like I said, I don't want to end up making a pink blanket if the baby is a boy, unless you want me to be responsible for a lifetime of issues when you're like, "YES, your baby blanket was pink, but PINK IS A VERY NEUTRAL COLOUR nowadays! It's very fashionable!" And your son is like "MOM MY GF IS HERE LAME BRO DON'T TALK ABOUT THIS RIGHT NOW"

:D Anyways. Good idea on the costumes! I remember my mother made all of our costumes when we were kids and when she was pregnant with my sister (who was born at the end of November), she was QUITE pregnant when Halloween rolled around. She sewed herself an entire costume of felt that was a giant tomato, and she put it on, stuffed it full of newspaper to pad it out, and nobody could even tell that she was pregnant! (Except for the waddling after me yelling angrily when I was like OMG NEXT HOUSE NOW THERE IS CANDY THERE!111!1)

YAY!!! I haven't been on lj in forever, and look at this great news!

Congratulations on the 15 weeks, and finding out the sex of the baby, how exciting!! My sister recently had her second baby, a little girl, and I love my little nephew to death, but OH MY GOD it is so fun and cute shopping for little girl clothes :)

Will be waiting patiently for the fics, I know it will be worth the wait!! WEEIII!!!!!!
