Barefoot Contessa is one of my favorite people on Food Network. Alton Brown and Giada are also favorites. Ina's personality slays me, though. I think she's crazy, lol.
Have you tried her recipe for Californian BLTs? They're BLTs with avocado thrown in, but they're SO GOOD.
