And i must say, Szayel's lustful sort of character (swallowing sword....rawr...) contrasts with the whole Christ implication of sorts! This is so interesting!! :3 Does Kubo usually intentionaly refer to mythology or such in his mangas?! Has he actually admitted this in an interview??
