Oh yeah, and we hadn't added each other for a while. Congrats!
Yeah! Much agreed!

Oh, okay! Well it's called swiss steak. What you need is a really thick piece of round or chuck steak (I usually use chuck), a regular sized can of dices tomatoes, a little can of mushrooms. A little worcester sauce, flour, oil, and seasoning salt and pepper. Then I serve over Jasmine rice (the sweetness helps). It feeds about 4 people, or you can make it for less and just have delicious leftovers (if it's not strong enough just have it for lunch the next day).
Pour out a little flour and add pepper and seasoning salt. Coat the meat in the flour mixture. Sear the meat on both sides in enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan and add worcester sauce. Add the can of tomatoes and the can of drained mushrooms. Let simmer, stirring occasionally and turning once. You'll want to let it simmer for an hour or so (can go up to an hour and a half). You want it to cook to well done and then get tender again. About a half an hour before it's done start the rice in another pot. 15 minutes before it'll be done, cut it up into individual pieces and add the flour you used earlier with some water to make a gravy. (I put it in a jar, add hot water, and shake so there won't be any lumps). And that's just about it! :D It takes a while, but it's not too hard. Also, lots of meat. And good leftovers
