Thanks! :D Yeah, it's definitely a fixer-upper type...it's an older house, and the owner is very old (early 90s) and doesn't do much in the way of maintenance. Fortunately the house has stood up pretty well despite its age!

We inspect it and get the keys on Sunday. So excited!!
