Oh and I'm still working on the new prons. ^^ It's coming along swimmingly, though. And if you're interested, even though we haven't pimped it outwardly yet, we're about to unveil it soon: zutarotica. A sensual Z/K porn comm, since capslock_zutara seems to be promoting more and more lulz lately. I plan on posting the new fic to both comms when it appears, but the rest of the Penance series will probably be comfined to zutarotica, just fyi. ^^

When you launch the community, make sure you post about it at Katara_zuko so that we add you as affiliates, or something. :D Although we still haven't gotten around to adding capstara as affiliates, either... we sometimes forget our profile page even exists, honestly.

If you want to keep an eye out for fic, the best place is rashaka_fiction, where I post rough drafts, scraps, outlines for fic ideas, excerpts, etc. It's full of stuff that I haven't posted in other places, and often I outline entire fics so in that sense spoil some of my future chapters, if there ever are any.
There's a lot of ATLA stuff there that hasn't been put on official postings, even whole pages sometimes of writing, because it's not complete or coherent yet.
(for Lotus Resiliens, which I'm totally updating, like, sometime >_<). I look forward to that after the porns!

I decided that since I've spammed your LJ in the last week I should just friend you too, and stop being a tease. I'm usually really reticent (is that the word?) about friending because I hardly even read the entries from the people on my flist already, but you write sweet-ass fic (which has made me friend total strangers before) and I like talking to you about z/k.
Most of my LJ is open, and f-locked stuff tends to be only when I talk about something mildly personal, when I share media, or when I complain about fandom, which I only do about once every month or two when I read a particularly insulting fanfic or something.

Yeah, unfortunately I've been ranting a bit in my FO posts. I plan to make them much happier in the future. ^^

Fic is the surefire way to get me. When I first joined LJ with a mass group of Spike/Buffy Fans from the Crumbling Walls messageboard, I added the name of every Spuffy fic author that I liked, whether I knew them at the time or not. I'm weirdly greedy that way, not wanting to miss anything.
I dunno... LJ is just so big these days; I have mostly stopped adding people. There's probably only about 8 people on my flist that I met through ATLA fandom, though more that were already on it and found the show at the same time i did.
It's funny, because I was one of the first ones among my flist to start watching Avatar. I saw all of the Zutara capture fics, all of the great AUs, and thought "Wow, while this ship may or may not have a chance at being canon, this ship produces great fanart/work!" I even started writing my own fics back then (some s2-based fics), which I still plan to continue. (One was that Bluetara lemon I'd mentioned to you like two years ago. LOL!)
Then I got frustrated with the show at the end of s2--and the ship--and bowed out of it for about 6-9 months. But when I saw the beginning of season 3, I just had to jump back in. And the ship's grown, so much! It's incredible. We're in the home stretch, and despite the creator interviews and naysayers, I feel good about this. I think good things are going to happen here on out.
Okay, that was a long and rambling post about...nothing of importance. I kind of wish the WHR fandom was continuing to be this active and grow at this rate. It was fun while it lasted, but that fandom has kind of faded into obscurity. Plus, I saw it a couple of years after it'd already aired...I've never been part of a fandom waiting for the end before. It's thrilling! XD
Long story short---I definitely promise more fic soon! (Both smutfic and Lotus.)
